Disabling DPF in the latest John Deere series

We offer you full disabling / removal / deactivation of the particle filter in all the newest John Deere R and M models. Our solution is to disconnect all sensors from the DPF filter. The entire operation is done through a diagnostic connector.

If your diesel particulate filter often gets clogged and annoys you with continuous regeneration processes that raise fuel consumption or your filter (sensor) gets damaged and you do not want to make a costly replacement, then you can deactivate the DPF filter support in the engine computer software. The filter itself must be removed mechanically from the exhaust system.

Total shutdown of the DPF guarantees no regeneration, failures, error messages, oil spills and higher fuel consumption.
