DPF deactivation/deactivation, unlike regeneration, firing or cleaning, is a one-off operation that solves the problem of the particulate filter once and for all.

- combustion has increased,
- after regeneration, burning or cleaning you have still a particulate filter error,
- the oil level rises dangerously,
