We have been cooperating with foreign companies specialising in software optimisation in tractors and agricultural machinery for several years. WHAT DOES ITLOOK LIKE?

The increase in power in agricultural tractors consists of:

  • computer diagnostics - initial performance evaluation engine
  • measurement on an MAD 1 - PRO PTO dynamometer to determine the actual power and torque parameters of the engine in the tractor
  • reading the software rom the control computer engine operation
  • optimisation of engine parameters in the software in order to achieve the desired power and torque gains
  • writing the modified programme to the engine control unit ECU
  • repeated measurement on the PTO dynamometer to check results obtained
  • preparation of appropriate documentation for the client confirming the results of our work
